Returns & Exchange
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, UK customers may return or exchange their order within 14 days of the purchase date. If your order date has exceeded 14 days, we unfortunately, can not offer a refund or exchange. Items denoted as “Last Chance” “Final Sale” “Custom Order” “Bundles” or overly-used products, as determined by AHDLondon, are not eligible for return. We only accept exchange for products on sale, we don’t accept refunds. Refunds can’t be made on tailor made items; items with additional zips(breastfeeding zip, sleeve zips, big Jilbabs with buttons, items labeled under “custom”. For tailor made items we offer store credit only Store credit will be issued for any garments deemed as nonrefundable.
Shipping and handling are not refundable.
If you need to make an exchange, please note that we only accept one exchange per product and the exchange item must be the equal value of the item originally purchased. We do not accept an exchange or return on a previously exchanged item or accessories for hygiene reasons

To make a return or exchange, visit your account dashboard in your orders tab.

• Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of the shipping fee.
• We only allow one exchange per product (i.e. you will not be able to exchange a previously exchanged item)
• All exchange items must be of equal value to the item originally purchased
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the received item is faulty or completely different from the original order as determined by AHDLondon
• We do not allow returns on previously exchanged items
• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

• We cannot take returns on used products
• If additional items are returned that were not listed on your return packing slip, a refund or exchange will not be issued.
• Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor.
Defective/Damaged Items For UK Customers, please request within 14 days of your purchase date, if you have received a defective or damaged item. You will be asked to upload an image of the issue in order to approve your refund or replacement request.
START A RETURN
STEP 1 Simply visit your orders page on your account dashboard.
STEP 2 Select the order you want to return/exchange.
STEP 3 Once you have the order you want to return/exchange, select the item or item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. Select a reason for your return or exchange. If exchanging, select the product you would like to exchange for. Please keep in mind, the exchange product must be of the same value as the originally purchased product.
STEP 4 Once your request has been approved, pack your order and include a note of your order number inside the package, drop off your package at your local post office, we recommend sending your return parcel by 2nd class tracked to ensure safe delivery. Once a return application is submitted, we have a return/exchange window of 21 days. If we do not receive your package at our warehouse within 21 days of submitting the request, your return/exchange will be canceled.

Refunds: Please allow 5-8 business days for your refund to be posted back to your original form of payment once we have received your return.
Exchanges: Your exchange order will go into processing once your return is delivered to our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and an additional 2-12 business days for delivery. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed with tracking information.
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. AHDLondon is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Please note that tracking status may take 2-7 business days to update.
