We’re delighted to offer you our Alteration Service, available for every abaya in our collection! Whether you want to add zips to sleeves, transform an abaya into a maternity-friendly style with a long front zip (aprx 12-14inch), or simply make size adjustments, we’re here to tailor it just for you. Here’s how it works:
1. Add the Alteration Service: Simply add this service to your basket for each item you want to customise. Remember, we provide one adjustment per item to keep things precise and personalised. One Alteration service is acceptable for front zip, two sleeves zips or both options per Abaya.
2. Leave Instructions: In the box you’ll have the opportunity to leave a short instruction for our expert tailor. Please be as clear as possible to ensure we meet your expectations! For example, write note – “Add maternity zip / add sleeves zip / Shorten Skirt Length by 5cm e.g,”
3. Purchase for Each Abaya / Item: If you’re ordering several items, make sure to purchase our alteration service for each one that needs a tweak. This way, we can focus on the details of each unique piece.
*Important Note*: Because each alteration is customised to your specifications, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been altered. This ensures you receive a unique piece tailored just for you!
